COACHING & VOICE
Policyholder
The Policyholder is the person who owns an active Mind Insurance policy — not a patient, not a client, an operator of their own coverage.
Definition
The system does not call you a student, a client, or a patient. It calls you a Policyholder. The framing is intentional — you are the owner and operator of your own coverage, not the recipient of someone else's care.
Why this matters
Language shapes agency. Policyholder language puts responsibility and authority in the same place — the operator — where it belongs.
