PROTOCOL & TREATMENT

Emergency Protocol

The Emergency Protocol is the 60-second fallback that keeps coverage active when a trigger hits hard mid-day and the full PROTECT cannot run.

Definition

When a pattern hits hard — a conflict, a setback, a trigger that would normally derail the day — the Emergency Protocol replaces the full protocol. Name the pattern. Reset the breath. State the identity. Re-enter.

It is not a replacement for PROTECT. It is the seatbelt when the crash is already happening.

Why this matters

The Emergency Protocol is how the system handles real life. Without it, one bad afternoon compounds into a broken week.
